Helping your team communicate more effectively

Communication Training

You’ve got a great team but are they communicating effectively?

They’re capable, experienced, and dependable, but between the meetings, deadlines, and day-to-day communication can start to drift. Conversations become routine. Ideas get missed. Collaboration feels more like parallel working.

You don’t need icebreakers or another team lunch. You need space for your team to connect in a new way.

At VR Escape, we offer immersive, facilitated sessions — led by occupational psychologist Mike Culley — that bring clarity to how your team communicates.

Training THAt your team will engage with and remember.

Announce an old fashioned team training day and you can almost hear the collective eye roll. If your team aren’t engaged is it really more than just a box ticking exercise?

Announce immersive adventures in virtual reality and attention will be grabbed and the date will go in the diaries enthusiastically.

How your business communicates is at the very HEART of its success.

In most organisations it is essential that your team functions effectively so as to maximise productivity and really deliver to customers and stakeholders.

It is easy to overlook that many teams can require a little honing, or sometimes a more critical intervention.

Focusing on the quality of a team’s communication skills provides important opportunity to enhance effectiveness. It can build cohesion and respect, and thereby improve morale, reduce absence, and enhance productivity.

"The workshop around the psychology of team communication will be invaluable to the day to day running of the surgery. Also loved the VR far more than I expected!"
