As an experienced applied psychologist, your host Mike Culley brings the latest solutions from the field to help you develop your teams and enhance your organisation. He has been working in the field of organisational and business change and development for 30 years, undertaking recruitment and selection, team building, training and development for a range of organisations including local authorities, the NHS, and companies ranging from small local businesses to multinationals. .
By deploying a wide range of applied and practical psychology tools, Mike works to help your organisation by developing the people that work within it. Whether it be improving key skills, overcoming internal challenges and conflict, or enhancing already well-formed teams, your bespoke workshop will be put together with your specific goal targeted.
Utilising VR Escape’s Virtual Reality activities and Time Crimes as the focal point the players are guaranteed to engage with Mike’s work from the moment the event begins.

If you have a suitable space we can deliver your bespoke training package in house. If you don’t have the space for VR don’t worry, in late 2025 we introduced the Time Crimes (non VR) escape experience which can be utilised in much smaller spaces and serves the same purpose as the escape rooms.
Throughout the day your staff will play through several scenarios with discussion sessions bringing that play into professional focus. Mike has run training and team development exercises for a range of organisations including local authorities, the NHS, and companies ranging from small local businesses to multinationals.
