Our team development workshops combine immersive VR challenges with professional facilitation from occupational psychologist Mike Culley, helping organisations understand how their teams communicate, make decisions and collaborate under pressure.

Participants explore communication, leadership and decision-making through shared experiences.

We work with organisations across Essex as well as teams in London and the wider South East.

Workshops are tailored to your organisation and can incorporate VR challenges, Time Crimes puzzles, or a combination of both.
